The house

An old Bang Rak house, restored for gathering

The house was built by the Portuguese, and before we arrived it was a café-bar. A Thai designer and Thai builders took it back to its bones and gave it a new life: a bar, a gallery hall, a main room for talks and music, and quiet rooms upstairs.

We kept what the street loved about it and made room for what comes next.

What we believe

Community firstMoney from corporate events pays for our community days. The community is the reason; the revenue is how we keep going.
Fewer things, done wellEvery event, artist and guest is chosen with care. We'd rather host one great night than three average ones.
Of the neighbourhoodWe work with our neighbours, not around them, so what a visit brings stays on the street.
History, re-imaginedWe restore old places and give them new purpose, without erasing what made them special.
